The restaurant was good for lunch or dinner, we ordered amazing dishes. Perfect and magnificent location for visiting restaurants and a cinema walking distance to the hotel. Walking distance to a theatre and a museum, it was a huge bonus.

Fairly clean, REASONABLY PRICED hotel with an excellent service. Warm breakfast for vegans, with reasonably priced food. Great and decent location for my purposes. Found in a pretty quiet area. Perfect property, 0.5 miles from Southampton airport.

The hotel was in a magnificent location, to cruise terminal. Further, it was adjacent to airport, and restaurants and shopping.
Some people working there were not welcoming at all.

King room was new-fashioned, good value in comparison with other options. Marvellous and decent location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

hotel is right. Friendly staff. An extra point is that it has a heated pool. full and good breakfast buffet. We stayed to go to Paultons park, we arrived from London by train and station is 5 minutes walk away. Nearby you have a shopping center and right in front of it, McDonals and a Fridays.
It was all to our liking.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, all in perfect condition. Possibility of having lunch or dinner at the hotel with a more than adequate value for money. The pool's a plus. Very attentive and helpful staff. In general, the novotel chain does not disappoint at all. It may not be the most central, but sometimes that's not exactly the best either. 10 minutes from everything and in a haven of tranquility.

excellent attention received at check-in by David and proximity of the hotel to the pier where the cruise ship left and tourist sites of the city.

Breakfast was excellent, very fresh and well presented, better than most 4 or 5 star hotels, location is ideal for connection with ships and ferry. Convenient for shopping with hidden jems of historic buildings around every corner.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station with friendly staff and solid amenities. The room felt a bit dated and lacked air conditioning, which was uncomfortable during warm weather. It was a decent stay with room for improvement.

Found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Our superior room was well presented, had pleasantly modern furnishings and was well serviced. It was also well placed for access to the docks, of particlar importance as we visited P&O's new ship, Azura, prior to it's naming ceremony.
We had a room with a connecting door to the next room, which was fine for the first night, but unfortunately we had particularly loud neighbours for the next two nights. There is a lot of noise through the door!

Really lovely hotel, bright and clean and well set out rooms. Loved the extras in the Executive Room, particularly the Bose I-pod dock! Would definitely stay again!
The only thing I didn't like was that the room was extremely hot overnight and no air conditioning. Myself and my partner struggled to sleep properly as it was so hot, even with the windows open.
